Children / grandchildren / pets - names, ages, accomplishments? Two daughters from my first marriage. Liesel finished her graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and my youngest daughter Casey is getting her Masters at the University of Colorado/Denver.
Previous occupations: Peace Corp Volunteer, ESL teacher, Foreign Student Advisor and Director for a private English Language School in Denver and now a teacher with Denver Public Schools.
What have you been doing for the past 42 years:
College / other education: Attended Wilmington College, OH and the University of Colorado/Denver in Education.
Interests / Hobbies: Traveling, Bridge, hiking and cooking.
Memorable trips / job assignments / activities: Working on a ranch in Wyoming after my freshman year during the summer in college and falling in love with the West, Peace Corps was a great and exciting experience in the Marshall Islands and being able to travel to many different countries and states over the past 30 years.
Parents and siblings - where are they now? My parents are deceased and my brother Phillip passed away, otherwise I have my other brothers living in Ohio (Dick, Gregg, Dennis) and the others are living in Florida (Tom, John , Stu and Mike).
Accomplishments / achievements: Being a great Dad and Husband.
Regrets: None: Life is too short to look back on – just keep on moving forward.
Do you think that your job / life is where you thought it would be when you were in high school? No, but it has turned out to be fantastic and I won't change it for the world.
If you could start over, would you / would you not, make the same choices you did the first time around? Why / why not? What would you do differently? Definitely yes- I was happy to leave Dayton.

Classes /courses: Spanish.
Activities: Chancellors and Courier Staff and Drama.
Classmates / pals: Bob Stein, Jim Stahler (Brown El. & Fairview ) Jim Krueger, Mary Hershberger, Jim Apple, Becky Apple, Pam Oswalt, Rick Sauer.
Weekend events or other unplanned activities: Going to Goodies for hamburgers after a game.
Future plans: Continue teaching and lots of traveling. Next summer I plan to go to Russia to visit Mary Hersburger and her husband who is the Brazilian Ambassador to Russia . Get together with Bob Stein and Jim Stahler on Martha's Vineyard , and stay at Jim Apple's Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa in Arizona .
Retirement plans: I started teaching late so I have another 5 years to go.
