Previous occupations: After leaving Goldman's, 35 years ago, I went to work at Patterson Iron and Metal. For the past 20 years we have lived in Phoenix , Az area. The last 8 years we have lived in the planned retirement community of Sun Lakes , Az.

What have you been doing for the past 42 years:

College / other education: 3 yrs University of Cincinnati

Interests / Hobbies: softball, many charitable activities

Parents and siblings - where are they now: Father passed away 2 yrs. ago, mother still going strong at 87.

Brother: Allan, (C.W. '59) is a Doctor in Phoenix ,

Brother: Norman, (Meadowdale ) Passed away Last year at the age of 53.

Accomplishments / achievements: Surviving the desert sun.

Where did you think you would end up: As a part of the “Goldman Empire”.

What would you do differently? Move west sooner.

Favorite memories of Col. White: I am not Paul Kottler, I can't remember what I did yesterday.

Weekend events or other unplanned activities: fond memories of warm summer nights on Linda Lewis' front porch. Open houses. Huntzie's band on Kings Highway .

Future plans: Move my business closer to where I live.

Retirement: They will probably have to carry me out of my business feet first.
